Iconic NZ band Th’ Dudes decided it was time for one last hurrah and a tour around NZ to say farewell was booked. It was particularly important to honour the memory of founding member and guitarist Ian Morris on this run. I decided that using lots of video of the bands career was the way to go but I need to come up with a design that was much more than just an LED video screen dumped at the back of the stage. I hit on the idea of making a wall of over sized guitar amps that contained hidden LED panels. Painstakingly going through the bands archives I found some gems including the diary the bands classic Be Mine Tonight was written in. There were plenty images of Ian that were used during the bands playing of his tune “Game Of Love”.
